We no longer offer free estimates, and here's why:

We are a small, family owned company. We don't have a fleet of unqualified salesmen that run door to door handing out construction bids.

We have just 2 on site estimators who also superintend and assist in building all of our projects.

When you receive an estimate from us; its thorough, accurate & legit.

Upon offering "free estimates" in the past; we would receive a large amount of inquiries that we simply could not handle in a timely manner. Not only that, but a majority of the inquires were simply not serious about actually getting the project done and were just "wondering what it costs".

​

On site visits are usually only about 30 - 60 mins. However, the process of producing design options, spreadsheets with accurate pricing for both materials and labor, looking into zoning setbacks, etc. can take up to 4 - 6 hours in total to completely deliver the estimate.

For this reason, we have decided to offer (2) types of fee-based estimate options: The Basic & Premium.

​

We believe that if the customer is genuinely serious about having a project completed by a legit & experienced construction company such as ourselves, they will understand our decision to charge for estimates.

​

When a potential client purchases an estimate from us, we know they are serious about their project and we take that seriously as well.

​

Now we know some customers are initially just very curious what their project would 'roughly' cost, and that's perfectly understandable.

To assist our potential clients with 'rough, ballpark' pricing, we have designed a very in-depth calculator tool which instantly generates a rough price of the proposed project... for free!
