Concrete Requirements:
• Gazebos must be anchored to prevent wind damage.
• We can attach to existing concrete (min. 4" thick, no major cracks).
• No attachment to pavers.
• If you don’t have concrete, we offer footing installation starting at $375 each (12"x12"x16" with rebar).
Framing & Materials:
• Posts: 6x6 solid Douglas Fir, decorative powder-coated steel brackets
• Beams/Rafters: 2x6 or 2x8 (depending on span). Rafters spaced 24”
• Bracing: Structural wood bracing at each post for wind resistance.
• Roofing: 29-gauge AG panel metal with 26-gauge trim
• Most all materials are hand-picked & sourced locally here in Tucson.

Painting/Stain:
• We use a Sherwin-Williams exterior wood stain (better protection than paint. UV & water repellent).
• Any color available. You name it.
Permitting:
• Gazebos under 200 sq. ft. gross floor area do not require a building permit in Tucson
• We design most models to meet this requirement.
• Models that do require a permit: 14x24, 16x20 & 16x24.
• If needed, we handle permits starting at $750 + permit fees.
• Setbacks still apply (typically 6’ from property lines).
Customization's:
Our prices are competitive because our designs are fixed & efficient.
We do offer:
• Pergola style (same price)
• Plywood & rolled roofing (+20–25%)
• Full custom designs available (additional cost for labor & materials).
Warranty:
• 5-year warranty against structural failure or roof leaks (beyond the 2-year AZ contractor requirement).
• Local, family-owned — if there’s a problem, we’ll make it right.
